MONDAY
8:00 AM: Plateau Busting workout (bike free)
TUESDAY
8:00 AM: 50 min. Spin with Stretch
WEDNESDAY
8:00 AM: Pilates
5:30 PM: Spin with Weights (30minute spin followed by weights)
THURSDAY
8:00 AM: 50-minute Calorie killer spin with Stretch
FRIDAY
8:00 AM: Full body toning with balance (bike free)
SATURDAY
9:00 AM: Spin/Core/arms
Please sign up for a class in advance via the button below in order to ensure your seat. If classes are full, you will be added to the waitlist and be automatically placed if there is a cancellation.
*Please Note Participants have a 6 Hour window to opt out of a class with no charge. After this all Participants will be charged full price for classes missed.
